Engaging sexual health and relationship workshops for small groups of young people. This is perfect for education or community settings working with young people who are particularly vulnerable; who have missed RSHP classes; or who would benefit from sessions refreshing and complementing their RSHP curriculum.
Depending on capacity and need, we can also run programmes for larger groups of up to 50 young people, providing taster workshops of a range of sexual health and relationship topics. This is useful for small schools, or one-off events.
We can also provide a tailored 1-to-1 programme of up to 3 education sessions for young people for whom a group approach is not suitable or available.
What to Expect
- Key themes of diversity, inclusion, and healthy relationships throughout
- Interactive and discussion-based education utilising active learning and peer learning
- Voluntary engagement – young people lead the conversation, and can end at any time
- A sex-positive approach that seeks to reduce risk and poor sexual health outcomes, whilst understanding that sex can be a positive part of adult life if safety and consent are present
We require a referral from a teacher, youth worker, or social worker, as well as a suitable venue for the input type requested.

Our sessions are available both in-person across Highland, Argyll, and Bute, or online via Microsoft Teams. You can expect current, reliable, and interactive content delivered by passionate facilitators – plus the opportunity to connect with other local practitioners.
